Mission/Vision Statement

The vision of the Homeowners Association Board of directors for Parkside West is to enhance and preserve the property within the development to include single dwelling houses and common grounds. In order to do this,  we will uphold our covenants and conditions (CCR’S) policy to the best of our knowledge. The board will serve the homeowners in a fair and ethical approach for the interest of all homeowners. We will strive to make this a safe and friendly place to live.
